When you contact ChatCSR, request a demo, or join the beta, we may collect your name, company, email address, support volume, channels used, and the information you choose to include in your message.

If you provide support content for a demo, we use it only to evaluate or demonstrate ChatCSR for your organization unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule demos, operate beta access, improve the product, and communicate about ChatCSR. We do not sell personal information.
